Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card “Puppy Dog Tales” Contest:
What You Love About Your Pet
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE IN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID IN MARYLAND, COLORADO AND VERMONT AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

TERM: The first monthly contest will begin on September 1, 2007. All entries must be received by September 30, 2007 or postmarked by September 30, 2007 and received by the 5th day of the following month (October). A new contest will begin every month on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.
Entrants may enter on the back of the printed post cards and submit their entry by postal mail to: Kidoodlepets Puppy Dog “Tales” 655 N. Azusa Ave. #104, Azusa, CA 91702 Entries may also be submitted on 4 x 6 pieces of paper and send to the same address, or scanned and emailed to:
All entries sent by postal mail must be postmarked by the last day of the month and received by the 5th day of the following month. Late entries are not eligible. Winners will be announced by the 10th day of the following month and will be posted on the Kidoodlepets.com website under “Winners.”

1 First Place Winner will be selected from all of the entrants combined, and will receive a complete set of the 3 books: The Crazy Kids Guide to Cooking For Your Pet, The Kids Guide to Pet Jokes, Rhymes and Riddles and The Kids Guide to Petiquette
2 Second Place Winner will receive a Scrapbook and some Stickers for Scrapbooking.
3 Third Place Winner will receive some Scrapbooking accessories such as markers, or scissors, or paints or glues (per photograph posted on the site for that month.)

To enter each entrant should be between the ages of 6 and 16 and may submit only ONE entry to the contest each month and must include the following: Completed email entry post card listing entrant’s name, address, daytime phone number or e-mail address and parent’s signature.

One completed Puppy Dog “Tales” entry postcard OR one print out of the post card from the website with a scrapbook representation of What You Love About Your Pet or Why You Want A Pet and mailed in. ONE entry per person per month.
All entries must be sent or mailed by the last day of the current month to qualify for that month. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
Since all qualified entrants are between the ages of 6 and 16 and therefore under age 18, entries must also be signed by a parent or legal guardian if sent by regular mail.

ELIGIBILITY: All legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (other than residents of the States of Maryland, Colorado and Vermont) between the ages of 6 and 16, with their parent’s permission.
Employees and affiliates MTB Marketing and their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate.
By sending in a Puppy Dog “Tales” postcard or entry post card printed from the website, the monthly winner grants Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing permission to use his/her scrapbook card for advertising announcing the winner and future promotion purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).The Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” Contest is subject to these complete and Official Rules.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: A total of three (3) winners will be selected from all the current monthly Puppy Dog “Tales” cards and notified by telephone or email on or about the 10th of the month following. Winners will also be posted on the www.kidoodlepets.com website. No telephone calls or correspondence will be accepted from contestants inquiring on winners or judge’ selections.
Judging will be based on creativity, appearance, uniqueness and the positive message about pets. No inappropriate language or swear words can be used. Judges will be selected by MTB Marketing at their sole discretion.
The decision of the judges will be subjective and final. Anyone not complying with all the contest rules will automatically be disqualified.

ALL PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE WINNING ENTRANTS. Winners will be notified and prizes will be sent by mail to the winners.
Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing reserve the right to discontinue or modify scheduling of the Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” Contest without prior notice. Limit one prize per person per month. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

Return of any prize or prize notification as “undeliverable” will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 5 business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. The odds of winning this contest are dependent on the number of entries.

REDEMPTION: Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing will deliver the prizes as follows: Each prize will be shipped to the appropriate winner’s home address. Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing is not responsible for lost or mutilated prizes, however prizes will be shipped by a traceable shipper. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. The total value of all monthly prizes is approximately $60.

CONDITIONS: By participating in Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” Contest, entrants agree to release and hold Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. The Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Kidoodlepet press / MTB Marketing and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Contest, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be officially made by, Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing whose decision shall be final. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

LIST OF PRIZEWINNERS: For the monthly prize winners winning Scrapbook Post Card, look on the Kidoodlepet Press website: www.kidoodlepets.com after the 10th day of the month following the current contest.

Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” participants submitting via the Internet must provide a valid email address. Limit one entry per email address.
Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether, by any equipment or programming utilized in promotions, games or contests, or by human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a participant’s ability to participate.
Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” Contest should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond the control of Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of the Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” Contest or the Internet portion of the Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” Contest. Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing, at its sole discretion, may award prizes to entries received prior to any such corruption and/or by mail entry. Kidoodlepet Press / MTB Marketing reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Kidoodlepet Scrapbook Card Puppy Dog “Tales” Contest or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner at any time during the judging process, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. All Internet participants agree to be bound by these rules, and the Official General Rules appearing above.
